Description :
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
- To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
- To plan, manage and ensure the design are carried out according to the specification, code, etc.
- To ensure that works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specification, construction drawings, procedures, etc.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 
Requirements :
- Recognized degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with 5 -7 years’ experience in geotechnical design.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in design software.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently
- Good Interpersonal and team work.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the tasks on time.
- Prepare design and construction methodology for tenders and projects
- Work closely with the Contract Department and project managers to provide value engineering, cost
effective designs and alternatives
- Manage & coordinate all aspects of the design development process
- Liaise with the client and manage consultants to ensure delivery of projects as per specifications and works brief.
- Drive the Design Team to optimize the design to achieve the best cost and safety outcomes.
- Able and competent in achieving program targets
