Description :: - Oversee the entire execution of projects, including planning, designing, initiating, coordinating and managing the interfaces between various project phases;
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ follow-up with designer, business development team, contractors/ sub-contractors and relevant authorities;
- Visit and monitor project execution in accordance to the approved plan/ design and quality;
- Prepare project costing, schedules, progress reports and other necessary documentations;
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - At least 3 years’ experience in Fit-out related field or equivalent;
- At least a Bachelor's Degree project management or equivalent;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay & Chinese;
- Good communication, independent, aggressive, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner;
- Willing to travel and able to work outstation as and when required
