Description :: - Responsible for the department’s data collection work
- Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Procurement and management of suppliers
- To monitor project expenditure, budget controls and prepare cost reports
- Claims submission, interim payments application
- Handle contractual issues
- Prepare a proper filling system
- Attend Site meetings & technical meetings
Requirements :: - Min 5 years experience in Infra Structure & Building Works
- Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian Chinese candidate
- Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin
- Highly motivate and independent
- Able to work long hours and under pressure
