Description :: -To ensure all aspects of QA / QC plan and procedures are implemented and quality objective being achieved
-To perform and attend internal and external audits, provide quality reports and suggestions and implement improvement plans to improve quality system.
-Interfaces with customers on technical / quality issues and improvement initiatives
-To develop, implement, maintain quality system to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and customers’ specific
requirements.
-To lead and supervise a team of engineer, QAQC personnel and inspectors to carry out the incoming and outgoing QAQC activities
-To ensure the cause of non-conformities are properly investigated and analysed, all corrective and preventive action taken are effective
-To promote quality awareness among company staff and ensure compliance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QMS by all department
-To liaise with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection bodies and suppliers on the mater relating to quality assurance and technical matter
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree / Diploma in an engineering
-At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment
-Extensive knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and problem solver
-Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Good knowledge in ERP
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Bahasa Cina)
