- As a contracts manager, you could be working on a wide variety of projects, from office developments to houses or schools and colleges to road and rail schemes.
- A contracts manager is sometimes in charge of a single scheme, or may look after several smaller ones.
Requirements :: - Recognised Masters/Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years (for Manager) and 2 years (for Executive) in similar post in construction industry;
- Exposure and experience from M & E scope is much preferred;
- Matured and hands-on in handling contractual matters;
- Meticulous and good with figures;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Able to work under tight deadline;
