Description :: • Responsible for daily operation at Sales Gallery.
• Responsible for sales planning, inclusive of regular updates on quotas, headcount, etc.
• Performs sales activities, negotiates sales price and discounts.
• Leads and supports Sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Develops and execute Sales strategies plan to ensure revenue growth.
• Analyzes and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
• Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains good rapport with customers.
• Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
• Conducts quarterly results assessments on sales staff’s productivity.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: • Diploma/Degree in a Business Studies, Commercial Property, Marketing, Investments or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in real estate industry and managerial role.
• Computer literacy.
• Sensitive with market dynamics and news.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong bargaining power, organizational and leadership skills.
• Focus and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule and travel as required.
