Description :: - To arrange and allocate available resources according to project request.
- To attend customer meeting or/and line walk related to project
- To plan and arrange appropriate tools and equipment to be used at site, monitor and follow up of project progress.
- To prepare documentation (time sheet, equipment rental, completion certification, SIPP, and etc.
- To prepare completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documentation are obtained.
- To effectively communicate relevant project information to the customer and project team.
- To conform and comply with standard procedure, safety and statutory requirement.
- To administer and provide technical support for the team and be able and responsible for writing down the scope of work and the instructions to the workshop personnel.
- To ensure that the given job is completed within the allocated time frame and budgeted cost.
- To inculcate discpline within the work space and force and update project activities. progress report, arising issues and recommended resolution to the Management and other stakeholder.
- To manage multiple project simultaneously and accordingly.
- To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil and Structural) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): excellent interpersonal, good in presentation skills, good leadership and management skills, time management skills, Problem Solving and Risk Management Analysis Skill, ability to work with minimum supervision.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
