Description :: - To oversee work progress and quality control
- To attend site/coordination meeting
- To deal with sub-contrators
- To implement safety and health measures
- To ensure timely measurement of work done for progress payment claim/final account
- To ensure timely evaluation of sub-contractors' progress claim
- To ensure, coordinate and conduct necessary training to all subordinates
- To support any assignment as and when arise
- To assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and implementing site activities
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma In Civil Engineering /Building Technology or equivalent
- For the post of Site Agent, those without above stated qualification but have more that 5 years relevant experience and with knowledge of survey are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
