Description :: -To support all matters pertaining to company rental agreements at site for workers;
-To generate rental invoices promptly, follow-up on new and/or expiring rentals
-To followup with respective Landlord(s) on expiring premises and facilitate handover of keys, and get back Larico rental/utilities deposits
-To update Larico Staff Leave on weekly basis
-To support all other HR invoices as required
-Order of stationary for HR dept, scan, photocopying and filling of document
-Support documentations for new foreign workers' arrivals for airport clearance
-To perform all other duties related to onboarding and exit (COM) of foreign workers
-Prepare workers' Fomema Application Forms and follow up on Fomema results
-To perform all other HR-Admin duties as assigned
Requirements :: -Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
-Minimum of 1 year HR administration
-Good team member, able to plan duties and ability to meet daily targets
-Ensure confidentiality of HR throughout the duties
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
