Description :: '- Pre and post tendering activities.
- Taking off.
- Preparation of all contract administration related documents.
- Prepare monthly work progress report.
- Prepare correspondence to Client, SOs & Sub-contractors.
- Evaluation and preparation of progress claims.
- Prepare monthly sub.contractors claims.
- To follow up on the issuance of architect interim certificate.
- To verif and summary the variation order.
- Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
- Able to handle an individual project
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Survey.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in QUANTITY SURVEYOR ONLY.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai, Johor.
