- - Responsible for general surveying work at site.
- Identify discrepancies in drawing and report to immediate superior timely.
- Setting out alignment and level of the respective trades.
- Ensure accuracy of alignment and level for setting out which is carried out by others.
- Supervise, control and coordinate with all subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project throughout the Contract.
- Daily progress monitoring to ensure timely completion of project with quality compliance.
- Carry out all land surveying work on site which include transfer of control points & plotting.
- Preparation of necessary calculation for volume estimation.
- Preparation of as-built level/as-built plan.
- A team player with strong individual drives, sense of responsibility and task ownership, willing and capable or multi-tasking functions.
- To carry out all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the management.
- Interact with local authorities, consultants, contractors and all levels of staffs. - Requirements :
- - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position..
- Required Skill(s): Ms Offices, Auto CAD.
- Knowledge of Survey Instruments and Equipment including their use and care.
- Ability to organise and coordinate works among respective trades with good communication skill.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Possess working experience in Earthwork & Infrastructure will be added advantage.
