- 1) Check on all design by consultants (architectural & structural)
2) Fulfil the company’s contractual obligation to the purchasers.
3) Plan, manage, monitor and control from pre-development stage to post-development stage to meet the approved quality, cost and time standards.
4) Liaise with authorities and contractors effectively.
5) Ensure the implementation of ISO assessment system for all projects under all Regions.
6) Ensure in the implementation of Conquas 21 assessment system.
7) Assist in liaison with government authorities and consultants.
8) Monitor and ensure all complaint highlighted in the DNF are closed within the stipulated time frame.
9) Manage and lead consultants, contractors and team of clerk of works.
10) Report project progress status.
11) Organize / attend meeting or presentations for projects involved.
12) Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
13) Perform any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time. - Requirements :
- 1) Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying (Knowledge in Conquas 21 and Qlassic advantage)
2) Minimum years of experience:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
3) Desirable Technical Skills:
- Has a strong knowledge on construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
- Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
- Knowledge in engineering design detailing and able to make quick decision on contractual and site matters.
- Has a good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skill. - Lowest Qualification :
