Description :: - Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
- On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
- To check on changes of designs to assess to effect of costs.
- Assisting in establishing a client's requirement and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
- To prepare monthly cash-flow forecast
- Site visit and communicate with the architects, engineers, builders, contractors and project owner.
- Any other tasks as instructed by management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Good skill in quantity taking off, preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors and pre and post contract duties including tendering
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and Communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients & suppliers
- Able to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
