Description :: Involved in preparing project feasibility.
Preparation of project tender, variations and progress claims.
To perform procurement of construction materials.
To perform quantity takeoffs.
To perform certifications and final accounts.
To assist in carrying out daily functions in contract administration.
To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holder in Building Science, Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have a good working knowledge of contracts.
Self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skill.
Good command of written & spoken B. Malaysia, English and Chinese.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
Experience in mixed Development Projects is an advantage.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
