- • To check, record and update for any technical query that has been issued for each project.
• To check on material requisition form (MRF) that has been issued from site with regards to quantity, specification, quality and other elements with accordance to client's main requirements.
• To undertake cost analysis for daily progress at site and to update daily progress claim assessments in accordance to our quantity which includes any additional variations order of works.
• To prepare & submit monthly progress claim to client main-con on every 25th of the month after the JMS exercise is done.
• Pricing and submit quotation to client as and when required by the main-con / client.
• To follow up on payment certificates from main-con / client.
• To follow up on progress from client/main-con.
• To study and analyse tender documents and contract documents.
• To compare and analyse BQ (Bill of Quantity) with tender drawings given.
• Taking off for all elements from drawings & BQ.
• Tender need to be submitted on time before the given closing date and time.
• Documentation and filing related to contractors, BQ, taking off and calculation sheet, site measurement record, claim assessment additional claims correspondence. - Requirements :
- • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia & English Language.
• MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS of experience in related field
