- Answering calls and dealing with any incoming general enquiries.
Forwarding faxes or calls to relevant point of contact.
Acting as the first point of contact and meeting and greeting any visitors.
Producing documents as required, when requested by supervisors.
Manage all incoming and outgoing post.
Managing purchase orders and delivery notes.
Raising work instructions for invoicing on customer software.
Manage all site holidays.
Manage the site timesheets ensuring all hours and materials are logged onto individual work sheets.
Typing up letters and producing any other documentation as requested by supervisors.
Ensure filing is up to date.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with all business levels.
Implement all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety and HR procedures. - Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in relevant field such as; Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical/Quantity Survey/Safety & Health/ Environmental/ Business Administration
Preferably working experience in building construction industry, especially in building of industrial buildings and commercial buildings
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English & computer literate in MS Office
Must possess own transport
Willing to accept PROJECT basis - Lowest Qualification :
