Description :: '-Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document.
-Responsible preparing all document require for tender submissions.
-Responsible for check and certify sub-contractor claim and compensation.
-Participate budget and settlement works.
-Project cost estimate in different development stage, tender, risk control, payment management, variation order audit, final account settlement.
-Familiar with local contract laws and tender process
Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
-At least 5 years of QS experience in civil engineering field.
-Familiar with market price of material and equipment.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a must.
-Skilled in Ms Office and AutoCad.
-Teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
