- Requirements :
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 7 years'working experience or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 10 years'working experience, preferably with a Building Contractor.
Experience in handling pre-contract (tendering / estimation / budget), post-contract (claims / variations / final accounts, etc) and general contract administration of high-rise building construction contracts is essential.
