Description :
Coordinate all construction related works;
Coordinate and supervise works of Contractors, Consultants etc to ensure quality of works and the project completion on schedule.
Report on­site daily progress to your superior
Resolve any arising issues and propose solutions to ensure the project is on schedule.
Lead and guide the project team in all aspects of works.
Work with consultants to Propose Cost saving and ensure minimum VO’s for the project budget;
Ensure that all works carried out for the project in compliance with relevant Authorities and Client’s requirements and Company
standards.
Knowledge in FM Global and NFPA firefighting Standard is preferred
Knowledge in electrical systems inclusive of substation is preferred
 
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 15 Years of working experience in the construction industry.
Been Assigned as a project manager for at least 5 years.
Sound leadership skills.
Knowledge in M&E is preferred.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad
Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
Open for Malaysians & Non­Malaysians.
