Description :: Able to review layout design and design detailing to ensure they are align with management's requirement and expectation.
To check thru and liaise with all consultants to ensure all drawings are properly coordinated.
To ensure consultant architect's drawings are issue on schedule and with management's approval.
To work closely with consultants to manage and resolve overall architectural design issues.
To ensure all approved specification to be implemented accordingly.
Site inspection together with consultants to ensure workmanship and detail implementation is as according to management's
expectation.
Product and material research: product specifications, brands, new available materials, etc.
Requirements :: Degree / Diploma in architecture.
Minimum 10 years of working experience.
Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office
Involve or participated with high end commercial development before.
Good communication and management skill especially in managing subordinates, consultants, and suppliers.
Must have design flare.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
