Description :: • To source and achieve a good and reputable tenant mix for the shopping complex
• To liaise and negotiate with tenants on the terms and conditions of Tenancy Agreement, customer service, etc.
• To handle tenancy administrative function, i.e. preparation of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and correspondences with the tenants.
• To liaise with the respective personnel to ensure that the mall is well maintained and always in good condition.
• To conduct market surveys and studies of trends/rates of properties and monitor market rentals of properties.
• To participate in promotions and marketing events and activities as a team.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/""A"" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in shop lot leasing and promotion of shopping mall
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
