Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
Assist in recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits as well as HR policies and procedures;
Assist in preparation of HR monthly reports on payroll, headcount, staff turnover analysis; and any ad­hoc reports as and when
required;
Assist in preparation of HR related correspondence and documentation, update and maintain employee’s database, information and to
organize proper filing and record keeping;
Perform any other ad­hoc duties as assigned to from time to time

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights.
Preferably SeniorExecutives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent.
