Description :: -Responsible for all technical matters assigned by Superior
- Ensure all architectural works are in line with specified contracts, approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and review all engineering and architectural drawing for any discrepancies and outstanding details.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcon to resolve site issues.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct workers as part of daily site engagement and activities.
- Ensure that all material delivered to the site are in accordance with approved specifications and inspection test.
- Report on a regular and timely basis to superiors on progress of works on a regular basic.
Job Requirements
Requirements :: - Diploma / Degree and technicality qualified in Architecture, Structure design, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Worked extensively for local construction projects, preferably in High rise project.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Forest City or Pengerang.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
