Description :: '-Responsible for the implementation of
construction works.
-To monitor and ensure the
progress of construction work
-Responsible to keep track the progress billing completion.
-To attend all authorities' inspections
- To liase with other Head of Department such as on contract
matters, approval status and future development.
-To chair construction
implementation meeting.
-To liase with architects
and consultants on technical matters in relation
to construction works.
-Participating in manpower
planning, interview and recruitment.
Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess at least a Professional
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering
(Civil) or equivalent.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering
Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
-Good working experience in Developer company or
housing development.
-Familiar with ISO 9001 System implementation.
-Well verse with CONQUAS is an added advantage.
-Good leadership and management skills.
