- Responsibilities
-Discusses with tenant terms and conditions for providing management services, and prepare agreement stipulating extent and scope of management responsibilities, services to be performed(maintenance, security, housekeeping) and costs for services.
-Prepares Tenancy Agreements, collect deposits and rental for properties on lease, resolve tenant compliants, and oversees eviction proceeding if necessary.
-Employs, or contracts for services of, security, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel if required.
-Purchases supplies and equipment for use on leased properties.
-Preparation on status of properties such as occupancy rates and dates of expiration of leases.
-Advise potential tenants related to financing, purchasing, or re-selling of property.
-To advise the Company on potential real estate properties in the market, either local or overseas & propose to make necessary investment.
-Regular inspection to ensure properties are in good condition.
-Handle all business operations on behalf of the company or the client he/she works for.
-Marketing and analyzing vital information about government rules and regulations, future property values, taxes, population growth and traffic volume around the property
-Advice on ways to preserve and increase the value (monetary worth) of their real estate investments.
-Look into all aspects of buying property which includes registration, payment of taxes, accounting and reporting, maintenance, etc.
-Negotiate property sales contracts, scheduling its maintenance, managing building maintenance projects, compile all data for financial reports by regularly maintaining and updating all records and files.
-Advertise for lease or rent on the property, selects tenants, make rental or lease agreements, collection of
deposits and rent, solve tenant issues, and oversee eviction in case of rent agreement violation scenario.
-Update the Management about the physical condition of the property, and all financial arrangements.
-Ensures that the property at all given time is being taken care of.

-At least 12 years working experience in property management department in properties and shopping malls environment.
-Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high pressure working environment.
