Description :: - Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a studio team of professionals and report to the Office Principal and/or Regional Director of Operations
- Lead, plan, design and direct the functions and sub-functions for both short to mid-term strategic planning as well as operational oversight of the landscape studio
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and overall project budgets as well as coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams for successful project delivery
- Manage clients and assist in local/regionaI business development opportunities
Requirements :: - Minimum 16 years experience in landscape design projects with strong international exposure and pori-folio of ‘built’ work
- Degree in Architecture/Urban Design/Master Planning/Landscape Architecture
- Registered as a Professional Architect or Landscape Architect
- A highly experienced person where decisions tend to be more strategic and operationally focused
- Strong design skills are a must
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Willingness to travel and work under tight deadlines
