Description :: - Play a key role in project management, client management and client satisfaction
- Lead projects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and the project stays on schedule and staffs are working together effectively
- Develop landscape design plans in response to technical problems posed by a proiect's scope and design direction
- Independently evaluate, select and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures and criteria, using best practices/standards to deliver and complete the projects
- Report to Studio Design & Regional Directors
Requirements :: - 8-10 years professional experience of which 5 years in a landscape architecture project management role
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or its equivalent
- Holders of professional accreditation/government license will have an advantage
- Good experience in client and financial budget management
- Experience in international and/or hospitality projects is highly regarded
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages
