- • Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling quotation from relevant sub contractor / supplliers.
• Familiar with contact law, pre 7 post contract administration / documentation.
• Familiar with market rates.
• Possess high intergrity, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering projects ( pre-contact ) based on the tender drawings and documents.
• Attend tender interview and assit the management in tender presentation.
• To invite sub-contractors of various traders to submit quotations for the projects evaluate the quotations accordingly to the necessary award of the sub-con.
• Knowledge in evalute and recommend regulary sub-contractors interim and final claim.
• Ability to work indepently, possess strong planing, organizational and leadership skills. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, Malay both oral & written.
• Computer Literate.
• Applications must be willing to work in Johor Bahru..
