1、住宅工业化装配式构件为主的项目的项目负责人，对项目的质量、工期、安全、成本等目标负责；
2、负责参与设置项目部岗位，细化岗位职责；
3、负责制定部门的制度、细则和流程，理顺部门对内对外工作；
4、负责住宅工业化装配式构件现场的吊装、组装等的技术交底、生产组织、工人指挥协调等工作；
5、负责对接住宅工业化设计、生产和施工等环节
6、本科以上学历，工程师以上专业技术职称
7、条件优秀者，可适当放宽标准
