- a) Tendering and submission of quotation for inquiries.
b) Prepare technical support documents related to project under tendering or ongoing project.
c) To oversee the submission of progress claim to client.
d) To submit variation order if any.
e) To review result of performance of project at certain stage and any significant unfavorable variance should be pointed out to the General Manager / Director for study and discussion before any remedial work could be taken accordingly.
f) To attend client’s project meetings (at site / client’s office) whenever necessary.
g) To meet potential clients for new project and follow up.
h) To periodically monitor the use of common materials such as paint, thinner, abrasive, manpower and equipments etc on site and to ensure it is within the budget.
