1. Develop conceptual and schematic design proposal and solutions to address design problems and parameters as agreed with the client.
2. Site Inspections
3. To prepare submission drawing and necessary
4. To coordinate with all parties including client, contractors, consultants and authorities.
5. Assist in management of conceptual and schematic design process.
6. Assist in presentation of design solution and to address design problems to the client
7. Assist tender process.
8. Able to think strategically and has good leadership skills.
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture from recognized university/college
2. At least 2 years working experience in architectural design/interior design environment or related field.
3. Knowledgeable of local building codes and permitting requirements.
4. Skill required: CAD, Sketch Up and 3D software, MS Project.
5. Dynamic, creative and good spoken & written English.
6. Ability to work in a team and independently.
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai 3.
8. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
