Description :: -Valuation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement and providing precise quantity of major materials for instance concrete, steel bar, bricks and etc. to enhance materials control at site
Requirements :: -Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-At least 3 years of working experience in the building work and related field
-Experience with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement and providing precise quantity of major materials for instance concrete, steel bar, bricks and etc. to enhance materials control at site
-Experience with liaising with sub-contractors for labour and materials quotations
-Experience with preparing estimation and carrying out joint site measurements
-Must be willing to travel / be relocated (site based)
