- 1. Responsible for the full quantity surveying duties
2. Undertaking costs analysis and feasibility studies
3. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
4. Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
5. Analysing tender outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
6. Monitor and control cost, evaluate contractual claims and project closeout
7. To be base at site/ office if job require
8. To liaise with clients, contractors & local authority when require
- Requirements :
- 1. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating of all kinds of building
and civil works, including design and build arrangements
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
4. Willing to travel with own transport
5. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
