Description :: 1. Work on design development, design concepts and design research as well as prepare detail design drawings
2. Lead, manage and coordinate the design team, consultants and contractors
3. Provide creative design solutions and ensure projects are within cost, timeline and strict quality standards
Requirements :: •Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with minimum 7 - 8 years experience, preferably in large international practices
•Foreign architectural exposure is an added advantage
•Hands-on experience in hotel and resort developments
•Good knowledge of foreign architectural details, working drawings and construction practices is ideal
•Able to do design concept presentations
•Conversant in AutoCAD & 3D Sketch up
•Willing to travel overseas as and when required
•Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage
