- • Responsible for maintenance of Site/building facilities including electrical, air-conditioning, CCTV
• Monitor, follow-up & report on maintenance issues
• Liaise / supervise & co-ordinate with building vendors / contractors on repairs and maintenance works for the various facilities
• Perform hands-on minor repairs
• Assist to handle office user's feedback
• Monitor maintenance schedules for the various systems
• Submit maintenance reports, updates and daily occurrence
- Requirements :
- • NTC in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably 1 year’s working experience in plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning maintenance work of commercial buildings
• Able to work overtime and rotating shifts, including weekends - Lowest Qualification :
