Description :: •To prepare sites construction work, to plan projects and ensure that they meet specifications, timescales and to oversee building work.
•Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors)
•Supervising staff and teamworking skills
•Meeting subcontractors
•Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
•Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
•Maintaining quality control procedures / ISO requirements
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the building, construction or contractors.
•Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
