Description :: 1) Analyze and understand the scope of tender;
2) Subcontractors’ progress payment verification;
3) Prepare Pre-Tender Meeting Control Form, Bill of Quantities and Schedule of Finishes and Materials includes maintaining Tender Query Log and proposal consolidation;
4) To prepare the monthly work progress report and progress claim;
5) To liase with consultants/ Client for any Project related matters
6) Obtain basis for pricing through quotations from trade contractors;
7) Update Tender Margin Report and Procurement list;
8) Assist Commercial Manager in preparing qualification statement;
9) To prepare the Variation Order;
Requirements :: 1) Malaysian Chinese, fluent in Chinese and English;
2) Must be able to read and understand drawings;
3) Required language(s): English at least;
4) Degree/Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
5) At least 2 year of working experience in building construction;
6) Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills
Result oriented person, strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills;
7) Demonstrate strong analytical, able to work in fast pace environment and able to work under pressure;
