Description :: •Monitor projects, prepare tender documents, correspondence to clients and monitor progress claims submissions.
•To study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirement
•To coordinate and prepare design documentation
•Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
•Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
•Attend site meetings, to ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring,highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the subcontractor.
•Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
•Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
