Description :: To prepare feasibility study reports, profit & loss projection for new stores & existing stores
To execute strategy, site review and assessment of new stores & existing stores
To liaise with landlord on location, rental, terms and tenancy agreement matters
To manage site documents reporting to Department Manager
Requirements :: At least a Diploma/ Degree holder in any field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in site sourcing. Experience in retail chain would be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good in documentation and financial figures.
Able to travel extensively.
Self motivated, committed and with an eye for detail.
Good communication skills.
Mature, independent personality and able to work well in a team to meet dateline.
