Description :: • Responsible in the management of the marketing and sales functions of the company's residential and commercial properties.
• Developing and implementing market, marketing, product development, promotion and sales plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions.
• Develop, plan and review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns.
• Implement an annual business and marketing plan with the goal of achieving budget revenues.
• Monitoring sales team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• To plan, implement and maintain good public relations.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Outgoing, proactive and energetic personality.
• Excellent communication and international skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays.
