- *Responsible of overall post QS operations including material budgeting/ cost estimation, as built site measurement and quantity taking off before site commencement, material sourcing and procurement.
*Coordinate the procurement exercise include price negotiation.
*Carry out store inventory and material control.
*Carry out site valuation and do cost analysis on project time to time and highlight the variance.
*Ensure cost of project constructions does not exceed the budget.
*Liase with site supervisor and sub contactors to ensure work is done according to the material and labour cost.
*Advise on procurement strategy.
*Salary : RM 2000 - Requirements :
- -Cert/Diploma/Degree in QS with 3 years working experience

-Language spoken preferably English and Malay
