Description :: •Ensure all leasing process from sourcing prospect tenants, attending leasing enquiry, conducting viewing of retail spaces, negotiation dealing and sourcing the best tenancy terms & rates are being assisted
•Ensure all tenancy administrative function such as preparation of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, monitoring rental collection and tenant affairs are being handled and attended
•Ensure smooth liaison with supplier for the production of marketing collaterals such as banner, bunting, leaflet, etc
•Ensure marketing activities, events and festive decoration for the retail center are organised and implemented
•Ensure study and research on current market trend in retail & property market are carried out accordingly
•Ensure weekly leasing report for management are being prepared and updated
Requirements :: •Diploma or Degree in Business or other related discipline
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in leasing and marketing for retail/property industry will be advantage
•High degree of maturity with good interpersonal skills, dynamic and pro-active in networking
•Proficient in both written and spoken English
•Self-motivated and outgoing personality
•Team player with passion and initiative
