Description :: •Responsible for the sales and marketing of residential, commercial and industrial properties
•Meet monthly sales target set by the Management
•Attend to customer enquiries and assist them in relation to pre and post matters in a professional manner
•Provide follow up and value added service to new and existing customer
•Ensure all sales related document are duly complete
•Manage and maintain a proper Purchaser filling record for the project assigned
•To participate in promotion and marketing of the property via exhibition, road show, launching etc.
•Assist with any other assignment as and when required
Requirements :: •At least one (1) year of working experience in property / real estate industry
•Knowledge of workflow for completing the sale and purchase agreement and loan documentations.
•Possess own transport, willing to work and travel in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur
•Self-motivated, self-starters, result oriented and able to work independently
•Possess the passion and drive to succeed in property
•Preferred language(s) : English & Chinese
