Description :: - Responsible to assists in preparing full sets accounts and accounting reports.
- Responsible to monitor cash flow and petty cash account.
- Responsible to assists in preparing invoices, bank reconciliation, processing expenses and GST entries.
- Responsible to maintain proper filing and documentation system.
- Responsible to carry out general administration duties such as assists MD in handling personal matters.
- Responsible to assists in other duties as assigned by Superior/Management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in UBS accounting software will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Working hours is 10am to 7pm / 9am to 6pm, 5 days work.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
