Description :: - Responsible to lead and manage interior fitting-out projects from inception to completion
- Responsible for leading the project team to ensure on time project delivery
- Responsible to oversee and monitor project operations, cost management, key personnel staffing and project schedule
- Responsible to oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Plan so as to ensure the quality of completed works
- Responsible to liaise with clients' consultants on issues relating to the project
Requirements :: - 5 - 10 years of project management experience, preferably with good portfolio in high end commercial projects
- Knowledge of interior fit-out/construction or related industry
- Good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
- Possess positive attitude and strong initiative
- Well-disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Based at project site.
