Description :: -Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
-Conduct business process study, process enhancements and documentation
-Conceptualize, design, develop, test and implement solutions
-Conduct training & provide on-going maintenance support and continuous -improvements through enhancements
-Manage IT application projects including working with vendors and managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources and project risks
Requirements :: -Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications
-5 - 8 years relevant working experience
-Good Technical knowledge and skills with hands-on experience in managing
-Microsoft Environment inclusive of products like .NET & ASP, MSSQL & SSRS
-MS Sharepoint with experience in customization
-Full end-to-end Web applications/ web sites design and coding/ development - front end, middle tier and backend
-Responsive & interactive development using LAMP/HTML3/4/5, CSS, -JQuery/Javascript/AJAX & other coding languages/methods for major browsers - -Microsoft, Google, FireFox, Andriod, iOS
-Experience in project management, application development life cycle management and vendor management
-Experience in mobile apps development (concepts & tools) would be an added advantage
-Prior work experience in real estate, FMCG or service industry is preferred
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
-Fluent in English and Chinese (to communicate with China counterparts)
