Description :: - Responsible to coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Responsible to maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Understands the project plans, and specifications.
- Responsible to maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Responsible to prepares schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
- Responsible to manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
- Responsible to updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Responsible to maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.
Requirements :: - SPM level
- Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction.
- Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications.
- Can read and write in English.
- Obtain a valid driving license.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
