Description :: - Responsible to develop detailed drawings in preparation for construction including research on suitability of materials with a sound understanding of build ability & technical issues.
- Responsible to liaise and coordinate with consultants on Project Design Intent.
- Able to put up construction drawings with minimal supervision.
- Responsible to manage project and inspect site works with minimal supervision.
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Master degree, professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in contract administration practice with good knowledge of Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) and relevant laws and regulations.
- Required skills (AutoCAD, sketch-up & Microsoft office)
- Required languages : Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written & spoken). Ability to converse and write in any other languages is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings & local construction packages.
- Candidates with good communication skills, leadership capacity, proactive and responsible are particularly encouraged to apply.
