Description :: To monitor and update development programme.
To manage project implementation and claims efficiently to ensure cost control.
To liaise and coordinate between consultants and contractors as well as government authorities.
To conduct feasibility studies and research.
- To provide information and feedback on construction productivity and progress to other departments.
- Prepare monthly progress report and other reports as required.
- To assist in project administrative matters.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil or Structural), Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with Property Developers and Professional Consultant’s firm especially in township development.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and auto cad.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Works independently, diligently and within tight datelines.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
