Description :: - Responsible to plan, direct, manage, monitor, control and cordinate the architecture works in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specifications and cost.
- Responsible to liaise with the interior design department and Project team in the development of various projects
- Responsible to liaise with clients/suppliers/contractors including authorities on the project/s at hand.
- Responsible to attend meetings and visit site project/s as and when required.
- Responsible to perform administrative duties related to project/s.
- Responsible to design, coordinate and administer architectural works.
- Responsible to ensure architecture quality management and adequate coordination of works, duties, responsibilities among consultants site personnel.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues and supervise preparation of submission drawings & working drawings.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
- AutoCad compliant with strong understanding on resolving architectural details, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office & 3D skills.
- Have knowledge of Contract Management and site supervision.
- Strong flair for design in various types of building projects.
- Good conceptualization and presentation skills.
- Good PR & project management with a good knowledge on materiality, resource and local by-laws will be an added advantage.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for INTERMEDIATE position.
- Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work independently as well as a team-player.
- Applicants may be required to travel for regional/international work.
